1 General Terms
By using bb's website, mobile application, and all other digital platforms (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you automatically agree to follow all the terms and conditions set out here. This document is legally binding, so reading it in full before using the service is mandatory.
These terms apply only to bb's own services. bb is not responsible for the terms of any third-party websites or services. These terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final for interpretation purposes.

2 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
All bb services are for persons aged 21 or above only. No one under 21 may open an account or use the service. At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are aged 21 or above.
bb may at any time request an identity document or other government-issued document for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
2.2 One Person — One Account
Each person may open only one bb account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or mobile banking account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts may be closed and funds forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided when opening an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with incorrect or false information will result in the account being closed and all deposited funds being forfeited. If any information changes, contact the support team immediately.
3 Account Management
3.1 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You must not give any third party access to your account. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to bb's support team immediately.
bb may request a password change at any time for security reasons. bb will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
For security and fraud prevention, bb may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. Verification may require a government-issued identity document, a copy of your national ID or passport, and proof that your details match your mobile banking account. bb reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access until KYC is completed.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits at bb are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Funds will be added to the account once the deposit transaction is complete.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within one hour.
The account used to request a withdrawal must be under the same ownership as the account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party mobile banking accounts will not be approved.
4.3 Transaction Verification
bb reserves the right to verify every withdrawal request. For suspicious transactions, additional verification documents may be requested and processing may be delayed.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To use this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000, and ৳20,000 in wagering must be completed before withdrawal (৳2,000 × 10).
5.2 Other Promotions
Other bb promotions — such as the weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, and cricket storm bonus — each have their own terms. The wagering requirements, minimum deposit amount, and eligibility rules for each offer will be stated in that offer's details.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
- Winnings earned using bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bb finds evidence of bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
- bb reserves the right to change or cancel any offer without prior notice.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet. If a technical error or disconnection causes a discrepancy in the outcome of a bet, bb will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
6.2 Odds and Results
Odds displayed on bb are variable and may change up until the actual event. In live betting, new odds may automatically apply when markets change. For determining results, the official announcement of the relevant sports authority is followed.
6.3 Game Services
All casino games offered on bb are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play. If a technical fault in a game produces an abnormal result, bb may cancel that round and refund the stake.
6.4 Live Casino
When participating at live casino tables, bets must be placed within the allotted time limit. Bets will not be accepted after the time limit has passed. The live dealer's decision is considered final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Involvement in any such activity will result in permanent account closure:
- Creating two or more accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Betting through match-fixing or collusion.
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial methods to operate games.
- Using the service for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Deliberately exploiting system technical errors for gain.

9 Limitation of Liability
bb accepts no liability for the following:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure of a device.
- Errors or unexpected behaviour in third-party game software.
- Financial loss resulting from a user disclosing their own login credentials.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other unavoidable events.
bb's maximum liability will in no case exceed the amount of the user's actual financial loss.
10 Account Suspension and Closure

bb may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
- Prolonged inactivity.
10.2 User-Requested Closure
